I bought this bouquet for my daughter on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I did not see any place to put my short message while I was placing the order, and on top of that, by mistake, I typed my address as the recipient instead of my daughter's. I sent an email immediately as soon as I noticed the mistake. Stephanie was so kind and accommodating. She addressed my concerns and had the address corrected, and she also printed my short message and delivered it with the bouquet. Such a sweet gesture! My daughter loved everything about it.
